We got a 3 bedroom suite and it was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we've been to. Unlike most hotels that just provide joint rooms, we had one big space all to ourselves. The air conditioning cooled the room well even during the afternoon. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast enough for streaming movies. The bathrooms were spotless and the water heater worked properly. The beds and pillows offered the right amount of support. The staff were also very helpful and courteous.

We loved and enjoyed using the heated pool. We don't usually enjoy using the pool amenities in Tagaytay due to the weather. Kudos to the management who thought about adding a heated pool to your amenities. It added quality to our stay. We also like how we are accommodated as 3 people. Usually, even when the room max cap. is 4, there are only 1 pair of toiletries, towels, glasses and utensils. Here we got 3 pcs! We each have one for our own use.. 😍 Thank you for the thoughtfulness.

Wide selection of food for the buffet breakfast. Very clean from the lobby to the room and all other facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in the room. Unlimited supply of drinking water. We had a tour early morning of our 2nd day and the restaurant staff prepared a packed breakfast even before the resto opened. Contrary to what it says on Booking.com, the hotel has onsite parking which is guarded, and complimentary wifi.

Hotel Casiana is strategically and conveniently located near the renowned sceneries and best restaurants at Tagaytay. The hotel is very clean with complete amenities and friendly/ accommodating staff. It is worth mentioning that my family enjoyed the 3 bedroom unit of the hotel with fair price and all of us loved the sumptuous breakfast.
